We at Helmets to Techhats (H2T) pride ourselves in our tradition of excellence and in our mission of accepting all who desire to learn. Helmets to Techhats leverages an 8 Step Process as a part of our training program which is geared on a team based learning, problem solving system, and ongoing coaching. This structured methodology is reinforced by class room lectures and activities for each course which help students to not only learn but how-to-use the discipline and stay focused on the big picture. Using a series of progressive learning lectures, hands-on activities complemented by specially designed case study workbooks, students will learn a start-to-finish problem solving method that yields results in a predictable and fast timeframe.
